Cal Poly Housing License Agreement

E-checks (free) can be done online via the « Pay Now » button in the « Financial Affairs » tab of the student portal (my.calpoly.edu) or on the student accounts website. Online payments received after 17.m are recorded the next business day. The student can choose financial assistance for the first payment if the student expects to accept sufficient financial assistance to cover the total amount of registration and tuition, accommodation and meals. The student will then indicate that the financial assistance will provide the payment (s) for accommodation and menu costs in the corresponding box on the side of the license signature. Financial assistance may include certain types of loans and scholarships, with the exception of federal work studies or general scholarships. If the payment is chosen by financial assistance and the amount of financial assistance accepted by the student is later insufficient to pay the full accommodation and/or meal costs (in that order), the student is informed and must provide the appropriate underpayment for the initial payment and payment on September 1, or the student is responsible for the late fees. The student remains responsible for all payments due up to the due date, either fully or as chosen by the payment plan. If you do not choose to do so and qualify for your accommodation or menu expenses to be fully deferred by financial assistance, you must pay (1) the fee in full or (2) pay the fee through one or more payment schedules. Full payment can only be made from August 4 to August 15, 2019.

If the licensee does not pay in full during this period, the licensee is automatically included in a plan to pay accommodation and menu fees. A fee of $21 is charged to the licensee for each payment plan in which the licensee is registered (up to a total of $42 for registration in both payment schedules). All payments in the payment plan must be paid in full until the expected payment due date. If it does not pay payments until the due date, it may result in a late payment to the licensee`s student account and a financial blockage on the licensee`s student account, which may prohibit the registration or release of transcripts. Some reasons explain why Cuesta students are so resigned to the cal-poly selection process: University Housing and Campus Dining have a combined payment process and a bachelor`s degree for the 2019-20 academic year. Please carefully monitor due dates, dates and payment updates. The following information is only available for the diantis part of your license. To view combined payment information, please visit the Cal Poly Housing website. Students wishing to apply for the 2020-2021 academic year must read and accept the terms and conditions, guidelines and regulations and Community guidelines as part of the application process. To be ready and save time, please read these documents before accessing the online contract.

Financial assistance – Students who are waiting for sufficient financial assistance to cover both registration and accommodation and meal costs can mark the financial assistance box as a means of payment and file the « student housing licence agreement » with the Cal Poly State Guarantee Fund as soon as possible. If the student`s premium falls below the required amount, the student`s office will inform the student of the additional fees due. For more information, please visit the Student Account Grant Information page.
