Any enterprise agreement requires job Rep and members` meetings to develop the minutes of claims and discuss negotiations. A damage protocol is a list of improvements – for example, salary increases, improvements in professional development leave or better staffing that members want in their next agreement. ANMF industrial agents, organizers, elected officials and sometimes also employment representatives will negotiate new agreements with employers. Each enterprise agreement has an expiry date of up to four years after approval by the Fair Work Commission. There are 664 Victorian yards in the maintenance of former residential buildings with enterprise agreements, which means an endless round of negotiations in this area.
